Team 44 - Muck 'n' Malarkey

Practical, Direct Support for our Wounded

“A man who is good enough to shed his blood for his country is good enough to be given a square deal afterwards.  More than that no man is entitled to, and less than that no man shall have.”

Theodore Roosevelt, Springfield Illinois, 4th July 1903

"What is H4H all about?  It’s about the blokes, our men and women of the Armed Forces.  It’s about Derek, a rugby player who has lost both his legs, it's about Carl whose jaw is wired up so he has been drinking through a straw.  It’s about Richard who was handed a mobile phone as he lay on the stretcher so he could say goodbye to his wife.  It is about Ben, it's about Steven and Andy and Mark, it's about them all. They are just blokes but they are our blokes; they are our heroes.
We want to help our heroes
."

Help for Heroes is a Company limited by Guarantee

Help for Heroes is the charity that does exactly what it says on the tin.
It strives towards 100% effectiveness – that means for every £1 donated, £1 will go directly to helping wounded Servicemen and women.

With personal experience of the stresses and worry felt by our operational servicemen and their loved ones at home, Team Muck 'n' Malarkey are fully engaged in the H4H 4x4 European Rally as a 'vehicle' for significant fund raising for Help for Heroes.  The Team is entirely self-funded so every penny donated goes directly to the charity.

We appreciate that times are hard;  but desperate times call for desperate measures..

....or the camel gets it!*

You can make an online donation at Bmycharity, and by selecting Gift Aid to your donation you are also forcing the Tax Man to stump up 25p in the pound from his own pocket...  so that's a result!
